* Be friendly, informative and willing to assist any patron who comes to a sporting event to ensure that their experience is a memorable one. * Drive golf carts to help assist disabled and elderly patrons get to their seats. * Receive and respond to wheel chair requests by finding the location of each patron, bringing them to their seat, picking them up after the game is over, and bringing them back to their car. * Control spotlights in the Kohl Center

* Primary support for a dedicated list of accounts * Run client billings along with other regularly scheduled processes to ensure timely delivery of end customer invoicing * Provide first level technical support by reproducing and troubleshooting client issues with our web-based application (Webtop BPM) * Write SQL queries and provide custom reporting via Microsoft SQL Server and IBM iSeries * Gain a comprehensive understanding of our multiple database structures, including how stored procedures are used within the scope of application workflows * Assist Systems Analysts and Developers in quality assurance testing * Foster ideas on how to improve client billings and update internal and external facing documentation

* Represent management for all building operations and food service units, the appearance, security, and safety of the building and all of its users. * Ensure that customer service is the highest priority at the Wisconsin Union. * Act as public relations agent and primary contact for students, faculty, staff, members, invited guests, organizations, and employees. * Diagnose and respond to all building emergency situations and take appropriate action. * Serve as the primary trouble-shooter and decision-maker for all patron problems and emergencies. * Responsible for issuing change funds to cashiers and maintaining the Building Manager cash fund in balance.

* Collect, analyze, and work to provide solutions for client initiatives and to support their day to day issues. * Assist clients with configuration and setup of system features to provide solutions using CustomCall’s proprietary OSS software. * Work with other CustomCall teams to develop functional, technical, and detailed system specifications based on client requirements. * Foster ideas on how to improve client relationships and operational efficiencies. * Train and assist clients and their staff with setup of system features and programs. * Provide users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. * Test configuration results by using our software in a test environment. * Produce end user and internal documentation and training material as needed. * Develop workflow solutions including flow chart design, system configuration and monitoring successful production releases
