Jacob Compton

I’m Jacob Compton — founder, operator, and driving force behind North Arm Equipment. I come from the field, not the boardroom, and I’ve built my business around one simple principle: show up, solve the problem, and stand behind the work. My background is in heavy equipment mechanics and field service, but my focus today is bigger — growing a company that leads in reliability, responsiveness, and results across Northern BC. I manage operations, drive sales, build partnerships, and still turn wrenches when needed. I believe in leading from the front. Always open to connecting with others in mining, forestry, construction, or anyone building something real in the North.
