I've always enjoyed solving problems that don't have obvious answers. Whether it's improving product flow, reducing transportation costs, simplifying complex processes, or helping teams perform at a higher level, I find real satisfaction in understanding how systems work and figuring out how to make them work better. I tend to look beyond symptoms to identify root causes, using data, collaboration, and practical experience to build solutions that create lasting operational improvements.   Throughout my career, I've had opportunities to lead distribution operations, last-mile delivery networks, supply chain initiatives, and cross-functional teams responsible for keeping large-scale operations moving efficiently. What motivates me most isn't simply meeting performance goals; it's building processes that are scalable, sustainable, and easier for people to execute. I believe strong supply chains are built through thoughtful planning, clear communication, continuous improvement, and leaders who invest in both people and operational excellence.   Colleagues know me as someone who stays calm under pressure, asks thoughtful questions, values different perspectives, and enjoys working through complex challenges with others. I believe some of the best ideas come from listening first, understanding how every piece of the operation connects, and remaining curious enough to keep improving. I'm energized by opportunities to remove bottlenecks, strengthen logistics networks, improve customer experience, and help organizations operate more efficiently while developing teams that take pride in what they accomplish.   I'm currently exploring opportunities where I can contribute strategic leadership across supply chain, logistics, distribution, transportation, or operations.
