• Responsible for the logistics to service all the clients • Responsible for client service in Windhoek and Mines • Responsible for the Implementation of OSHAS 18000 • Responsible for drafting, preparation and submission of all tenders and waste proposals. • Investigate all sources of income lines to ensure effectiveness and profitability. • Monitoring of company targets. • Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows. • Ensure financial aspects and impact of a business decisions and projects are clear to all parties and feasibility studies on new developments at our branches. • Risk assessment on business decisions and projects. • Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately. • Managing feedback from the different departments on projects and business decisions to Executive level.

• Responsible for financial reporting within the business. • Assist with internal and external audits done during the year. • Responsible for the subsidiaries financial statements and the consolidated AFS of the Holding company. • Responsible for all the different indirect and direct taxation calculations and submissions of Standard Bank Namibia to the Receiver of Revenue. • Manage finance staff, review and authorized all relevant entries, release and review all the vendor payments control and monitor the GL.
