Completely delivered IT systems within budget and schedule including Property Management System, Cyber Security System, Call Management System, Spa Booking System and People Counting System. ➢ Lead the delivery of IT systems for workstream under the property opening program in Macau with 42M USD project budget ➢ Standardized PMO tools, templates, and methodology to provide consistent quality delivery ➢ Coordinate with key stakeholders for project status, updates, follow-up, and financial tracking ➢ Utilized project methodology to enable enterprise-wide software application implementation ➢ Orchestrate and communicate with different stakeholders, sponsors, and management to define scope, requirements, and implementation of projects ➢ Manage assigned technical projects through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation to ensure they could be completed within budget and schedule
