Most people never think about the power grid. But every time you turn on a light, charge your phone, or power a factory, a massive infrastructure network is working silently behind the scenes. That’s the world I work in. I manage high-voltage transmission and power infrastructure projects in Europe, currently based in Italy with CHINT Group. My work involves more than engineering. It’s about coordinating international teams, navigating complex regulations, moving hundreds of tons of equipment across countries, and making sure critical energy infrastructure is delivered safely and on time. I’m passionate about the future of energy infrastructure and how stronger grids will enable the global transition to renewable power. Here I share insights from real power projects, engineering leadership, and the evolving energy landscape in Europe.
