In my role as an Outlet Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the store while driving strong commercial outcomes. I lead and support my team, manage stock flow, maintain visual standards, and ensure every customer receives a positive experience. I’m highly focused on commerciality, analysing KPIs, identifying sales opportunities, managing wage costs, and making decisions that improve profitability and overall store performance. I also handle rostering, training, and customer issues, ensuring the outlet runs efficiently and reflects the brand at its best.

As the Assistant Manager of one of the top door in the state, I focus on building a high performing team through consistent training, coaching, and hands on support. I work closely with the Store Manager to develop staff skills, strengthen product knowledge, and create a culture where we don’t just meet KPIs, we push to exceed and become number one. I lead by example on the floor, giving on the spot feedback and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. While I support the store’s commercial goals, my priority is empowering the team to grow, perform confidently, and contribute to results that sit well above benchmark

After managing a regional store with very little hands on support, I moved into a metro store. Stepping into a faster paced, high volume environment with an already strong team, my focus shifted from self reliance to lifting consistency, sharpening standards, and levelling up team performance. I worked closely with the team to refine service behaviours, strengthen product knowledge, and build routines that supported reliable, high quality execution every day. Through coaching, structure, and clear expectations, I helped the team move from strong to high performing, ensuring we not only maintained our ranking but continued to grow.

In my first role as a Store Manager, I learned quickly how to operate independently and lead with confidence. Working in a regional location meant I didn’t have the same level of on hand support that metro stores received, so I became highly self reliant with problem solving on the spot, building my own systems, and developing a strong understanding of every part of the business. I led my team through clear communication, consistent training, and a hands on approach, ensuring we delivered strong results and a high quality customer experience. This role shaped me into a resilient, adaptable leader who can take initiative, make informed decisions, and keep a store performing at a high standard even without constant guidance.

I provided a high level customer service, support dispensary operations. I was often involved in more complex tasks such as assisting with creating Webster packs or working in a retail manager support.

As a Junior Manager at Kmart Australia, I was an emerging leader responsible for supporting department operations, driving customer experience, and helping deliver store performance targets. I acted as a bridge between team members and senior leadership, ensuring the store runs smoothly while developing my own management capability.
