The project mentor over many different research and consulting projects that consult for multiple small businesses, startups, and a 501 c3 nonprofit foundation. I help the teams work together as well as guide them in their research to ensure high quality deliverables for our clients.

Team lead working on a project to turn a small 501(c)3 non-profit into a thriving international organization. During this internship I gained and applied communication skills to make sure that our client and my team had the same project scope and vision. I also gained and applied research skills to better figure out different ways to help the client with their various setbacks and areas of improvement.

Aided in the development of the main assembly line and the quality testing of the Hamilton Medical T1 military ventilator. Led a small team to test the environmental integrity of over 6000 ventilators.

In my position I organized escrow and title files, and scanned them into the company's computer program.

In my position I greeted incoming guests, helped with the flow of information around the gym, and was the cashier for the front desk store.

Worked as a team with fellow coworkers to provide customers with kind service, good tasting, healthy food, and a clean environment in which to enjoy the food.
