System Implementation 1. Assist in software installation, configuration, and setup of chart of accounts, fiscal year, and tax settings. 2. Import or migrate historical data from old systems. User Training 1. Provide training sessions for accountants, bookkeepers, and business owners. 2. Educate users on data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, etc. Customization & Integration 1. Customize reports, templates, and workflows to meet client-specific needs. 2. Integrate the system with bank feeds, inventory systems, or ERP platforms. Support & Troubleshooting 1. Offer ongoing technical and functional support. 2. Help resolve issues like data errors, report discrepancies, and software bugs. Compliance & Audit Readiness 1. Ensure that the software supports tax compliance (e.g., SST, VAT, e-Invoicing). 2. Assist in generating audit trails and required financial reports.
