Manage Interconnect and Roaming Applications, support Roaming and Interconnect Business in troubleshooting anomalies in call volume, revenue and other issues between Billing Systems, Mediation and MSC and train and mentor junior staffs

My main role is to ensure that all Voice traffic originating, terminating and transiting the network are accounted for and billed appropriately. This include monitoring remote data servers, mediation nodes, billing systems, database and switching elements to ensure that inter-system protocols, procedures, system up-time, billing/rating engine functions and network elements function as expected. Additionally, I support Interconnection, provide risk assessment, loss quantification due to outage, business intelligence and general I.T tasks. Essentially, I support the Revenue Assurance Function by ensuring all technical elements involved in the revenue chain are operational and protect against any potential of fraud and revenue erosion. Was part of 3 men team meeting and exceeding target of K920,000 per month in revenue savings, prevention of leakage and adding value to business through process improvement, stakeholder management and overall visibility across entire revenue chain. Achieving K32(+) Million over 3 years!
