Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence data to support indirect fire operations and planning. - Provide expertise in fire support and targeting to ensure that the Brigade Commander and Brigade Fire Support Officer can provide fire support to maneuver units. - Collected and analyzed intelligence data from signal intelligence, imagery intelligence, and geospatial intelligence to identify enemy positions, capabilities and intentions. - Developed targets and target lists based on intelligence assessments to support the brigade targeting officer in planning. - Provides threat assessment to inform decision making on targeting efforts. - Collaborates with intelligence officer to exchange information and gain understanding of the battlefield framework and enemy composition.

Responsible for assisting the Brigade Fire Support in planning, coordinating, and executing fire support operations. - Aids in identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing targets based on the commander's intent and mission priorities. - Monitors ongoing operations to adjust fire support as needed in response to changes in the tactical situations. - Maintains communication with battalion FSOs and other fire support elements to ensure seamless coordination of fire support. - Provides guidance and training to junior fire support personnel within the brigade to enhance their skills and readiness. - Assists in conducting rehearsals and exercises to prepare the brigade for operations involving fire support coordination. - Helps identify and mitigate potential risks associated with fire support operations.

Responsible for coordinating and managing indirectt fire support assets such as artillery, mortars, and close air support, to assist maneuver units during combat operations. - Develops detailed fire support plans that align with the maneuver commander's intent and objectives. Held the responsibility of the primary advisor and subject matter expert on the capabilities and limitations of all fire support assets. - Prepares and coordinates rehearsals to ensure all elements are synchronized during operations. - Maintains communication with numerous maneuver and support units to relay target information, fire mission data, and changes in tactical/operational situation. - Conducts risk assessment and managment during training to ensure all indirect fire and close air support assets were used safely, avoiding friendly fire incidents and minimizing collateral damage. - Managed a Fire Support Team on the execution of fires plans and the maintenance of equipment worth over 5 million dollars.
