Hilton Cobham (F&B Supervisor): Main responsibilities include: - Restaurant, Bar and C&B shift management - Recruitment - conducting interviews - Departmental trainer - Planning and running training sessions - Ensuring QA compliance - Ensuring company compliance with regard to mandatory trainings and brand standard trainings - Training new starters to brand standards and orientating them into the company - Cashing up procedures - Opening/Closing Hilton Cobham (F&B Assistant): I worked in all areas of Food & Beverage including Restaurant, Room Sevice, Bar and C&B. Other tasks involved getting involved in the stock management and cellar, taking deliveries and ensuring all wastage and transfers were recorded properly.
