I graduated with a degree in Finance from Feng Chia University and have since built a solid career across three key areas of operations: manufacturing, production planning, and procurement. Key Strengths & Experience • Manufacturing operations: process optimization, yield improvement, equipment parameter tuning, and troubleshooting. • Production planning: order management, scheduling, new product introduction, and supplier coordination. • Procurement: supplier evaluation and onboarding, price negotiation, cost analysis, delivery management, and quality issue resolution. Project Leadership • Led a high-urgency project during the Covid-19 period to develop and scale production of protective goggles, coordinating suppliers and production teams under tight deadlines. • Managed customer-driven product development for automotive lubricant bottle components, overseeing requirements alignment, design coordination, and trial production.
