• Managed supply chain processes coming out of a Fort Worth, TX terminal distributing 7 million pounds of polypropylene amounting to $1.4 million of variable margin month over month • Managed the global supply chain for the emerging solvents business contributing to $1.65 million of variable margin month over month • Leveraged data cubes to pull SAP data into Excel to create an at-risk inventory report aimed to reduce inventory spending at the Fort Worth terminal by 15%, amounting to monthly cost savings of $6,500+ • Interviewed full-time employees of varying capabilities and developed detailed process maps on Microsoft Visio to streamline the decision-making process for S&OE leads, leading to quicker and more effective responses to unplanned asset outages
