Main Responsibilities R&D Hub Manager – Fabric Mill Division Reporting to: Group Technical Service Director 1. Lead R&D and Sample Development • Oversee the Sample Development team to ensure the correct technology is implemented for bulk production. • Define and optimize yarn selection, fabric specifications, dyeing technologies, finishing techniques, and production process standards. 2. Innovation in Dyeing & Finishing Technologies • Collaborate with the Color Laboratory to develop and optimize dyeing formulas and processes, including pre-treatment, dyeing, and post-treatment. • Partner with chemical suppliers to research and implement advanced fabric functionalities, such as antibacterial, water-repellent, moisture-wicking, and cooling properties. 3. Technology Transfer & Pre-Production Coordination • Organize and lead pre-production meetings to ensure seamless technology transfer for knitting, dyeing, and finishing before bulk production. • Provide technical guidance to production teams to enhance efficiency and quality consistency. 4. Sustainability & Process Optimization • Work closely with the corporate Sustainability team to research and integrate eco-friendly innovations, focusing on reducing chemical usage, water consumption, and energy footprint. • Implement sustainable dyeing and finishing practices in alignment with global industry standards. 5. Productivity & Performance Enhancement • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to establish productivity measurement standards for knitting, dyeing, and finishing business units. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and minimize defects. 6. Digital Transformation & PLM System Development • Work with the Information Technology team to develop and implement a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system for the group’s dyeing mills. • Promote digitalization in R&D processes to improve data management, traceability, and decision-making.

Primarily responsible for the factory's KPIs related to dyeing mill activities, ensuring timely delivery with the right quality and quantity. This includes managing the Sample Development, Dyeing & Finishing workshop, Quality Inspection team, and LAB physical testing team before releasing fabrics to customers. Daily and monthly reports are submitted to the Director of Manufacturing. Key tasks include: 1, Receiving fabric purchase orders, planning, and executing production orders according to the stated and implied requirements of buyers and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery with the right quality and quantity. 2, Leading the Sample Development team in color lab dip recipe development, dyeing technology (dyeing programs and machine parameters), and finishing technology (functional fabrics and machine parameters) to meet quality standards. 3, Managing the Physical Testing team to apply customer testing standards and ensure all testing reports (including color fastness, fabric dimensions, and safety indicators) meet customer requirements before fabric release. 4, Collaborating with the R&D department to test and apply new chemicals for quality, productivity, and cost improvements. This includes testing new softeners, surface stabilizers, detergents, soaping agents, and dyestuffs, as well as new fabric functions for finishing technologies such as resin treatments, singeing, brushing, compacting, performance care, anti-bacterial treatments, and moisture management. 5, Coordinating with the Purchasing team to source high-quality yarns and greige fabrics while optimizing costs through vendor negotiations.

Primarily responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the dyeing mill workshop (Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality Inspection) to ensure timely delivery and production efficiency. Reports are submitted daily and monthly to the Dyeing House Manager. Key tasks include: 1, Collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, and Planning teams to understand order requirements and ensure timely production. 2, Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules. 3, Leading the deployment of the Technical & Production teams for new orders, ensuring the team understands the customer's standards and the required production processes. 4, Reviewing and approving quality inspection reports (4-point system and color roll-to-roll) from the Quality Inspection team before shipping and working with QA at garment factories to resolve quality-related issues. 5, Coordinating with the Maintenance team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and disruptions. 6, Working with the CSR team to organize EHS training sessions for production staff, covering topics such as handling chemical spills, fire prevention, and proper use of labor protection equipment.

Primarily responsible for the Dyeing Technical team, with regular daily and monthly reports to the Dyeing House Manager. Key responsibilities include: 1, Planning dye lots for approval, allocating dyeing tasks, approving recipes, and providing technical specifications. 2, Writing SOP/WI for dyeing programs and machine parameters for reactive and disperse dyes. KPIs focus on ensuring color appearance quality and stability, while minimizing dyeing time and chemical/dye costs. 3, Developing a dyeing quality control process by designing quality check sheets, and deploying and monitoring each dyeing batch to ensure first-time accuracy from lab to bulk production and consistency between bulk batches. 4, Reducing production costs through trials aimed at saving process time and optimizing dye and chemical usage. 5, Ensuring the availability of dyestuff, auxiliaries, and chemicals with appropriate safety stock for production
