The Centre for Leadership and Empowerment is one of the four research centres for excellence in the Greater Manchester Business School that provides new insights and approaches to leading, managing and empowering people. We research new forms of leadership and management with a focus on ensuring gender equality, inclusivity, diversity, wellbeing and empowerment.
