- Handling Group’s Daily Procurement Activities Including Daily Purchasing, Validation and Orders. - Support all outlets for all purchase orders and meet finance month end closing deadlines. - Liaise with finance and supplies on payment issues. - Arranged drivers delivery route and 3PL Delivery. - Verify Invoices, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. - Ensure inventory accuracy & reconcile discrepancy. - Handle administrative and tother Ad-Hoc duties as required.

- Prepare and monitor long-term and short-term inventory and procurement planning through the purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation and PO follow up. - Negotiates and coordinates with suppliers and cross functional teams for best possible price purchases. - Access the order requirement & release Purchase Orders. - Liaise with Finance and Suppliers on payment issues. - Constantly explore more new products to meet the requirements of corporate pantry customers

- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase provision product from local vendors - Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions - In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules - Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation

Handling Daily Provision Orders – Especially Fresh fruits & vegetables, Frozen Meat, Dairy Product, ETC. Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase Provision products from Local Singapore vendors. In charge of Daily Operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors. Evaluates supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices also ensures all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

- Familiar with EPB system - Preparation of quotation for the customer. - Processing of order from customers. - Sourcing for cheapest reliable suppliers. - Preparation of pre-documents for delivery. - Directly report for Provision Team Manager. - Participating in company events and activities as part of the community members.

- Generate Invoices, managing Inventory and planning daily orders schedule. - Following with new accounts and maintaining existing customer base. - Checking relevant SKUs to ensure quality control. - Managing and supervising CS Team in daily work and roles. - Liaising with Accounts Department to ensure proper facilitation of credit control and limit.

- Measure and provide the required design of curtains for customers. - Handling the prospective orders for households. - Sourcing for new customers and promoting our services to create awareness of our product range.
