Jack Boldarin

I am the Managing Partner of Walkers London office and practise British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. I spent a number of years in each of the BVI, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands and London offices of the firm. I enjoy the unique distinction of being the sole person, across the European region, ranked as a Tier 1 BVI lawyer by Chambers and Partners and a Tier 1 Cayman lawyer by Chambers and Partners. I am equally ranked as a Leading Individual by Legal 500, International Financial Law Review and PLC Which Lawyer. I specialise in banking and finance transactions (including leveraged and acquisition finance, debt and equity finance along with real estate finance) and corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, takeovers, international stock exchange listings and corporate reorganisations). Operating from the firm's London office, I work with a team of lawyers providing time-zone sensitive, dedicated Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law assistance to clients based in the EMEA region.
