Environment-friendly and process-efficient sourcing, buying, and management of rigid and flexible plastic packaging materials, casings, glass bottles and lids, and adhesives of major business units • Conducted competitive sourcing, supplier performance evaluation, and review of procurement efficiency • Developed reliable alternate suppliers for handled packaging materials in collaboration with Corporate and Plant QA, Production, R&D, and Planning teams to secure enough supply for all production schedules across the business units • Handled communications with internal and external partners to progress and accomplish artwork revisions and packaging developments (i.e., NPD, product improvements) • Negotiated the prices to establish and maintain cost-effective sourcing of these items from the domestic and overseas markets • Maintained stable relationships among internal and external partners to meet the common goal of supply continuity • Ensured the compliance of CPFI to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Act of 2022 by thorough auditing of the plastic waste generation of all business units.

To ensure supply continuity, • Sourced raw materials (APIs and Excipients) from reliable vendors and suppliers to provide quality goods and services and for endorsement to various stakeholders • Monitored and ensured the timeline of alternate supplier development projects • Assisted in the completion of required documents for the registration of materials to Philippine FDA • Handled the negotiation and communication with suppliers and internal partners to meet the required specifications at competitive pricing • Reviewed technical specifications of requisitions prior to turnover to QA and QC teams • Managed delivery schedules of sourced materials for sample testing and trial runs
