* In-charge for all Mechanical Maintenance Activities * Facilitator for Implementing FMEA for all equipment. * Scheduling of Periodic maintenance with proper documentation works and Updating in CMMS- IBM Maximo. * Coordination with the Operation team for the proper operation of the Unit. * Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports, and necessary paperwork * Directs coordinates, and assists with equipment repairs and maintenance * Maintain Vibration Trend reports for Rotary Equipment's and Troubleshooting with Pruftechnik VIBXPERT-2 * CBM analysis of all plant equipment

Analysis of contractual terms and conditions, Preparation of cause effect detailed analysis, Requirement of Extension of Time claim, Measured mile analysis & Earned value analysis, Preparation of delay analysis, Prospective & Retrospective analysis, Analysis of records and productivity loss

Site Engineer: Provide technical support and guidance to site staff, Coordinate document controls, Work closely with client regarding work performance and coordinating key tasks. Familiar with ASME B31.3 and KOC standards, Monitoring welding works as per welding procedure specifications(SMAW GTAW GMAW), Witnessing NDT tests (MT HT PT UT RT), Supervision on hydro-test and reinstatement works. Mechanical Completion: Handing over the facilities for the client, Monitoring and tracking A-ITR, B- ITR and Punch list clearance. Coordinating Mechanical Completion and Construction Completion Certificates signatures once all the respective works had been accomplished.
