Manager Training - L&D

Trainining - Soft Skills & Technical Plan and direct all trainings in terms of content, systems and policies in consultation with Corporate • Implement overall training strategy and calendar as evolved at Corporate • Interact with clients periodically for their feedback on the performance Sodexho employees. • To Setup different Strategy methods of training and development pertaining to different levels and groups of employees at sites and Office. • Build relationships and liaise with partners or suppliers to provide external training. • Provide counselling services to all employees for training issues and request. • Interact and coordinate and with the personnel on-site as well as regional HR to address all training related Issues. • Work closely with the support of all Site Managers and Operations Managers to complete training programs successfully. • Communicate clearly with other departments to carry out training programmes effectively. • Complete and maintain training programs and projects within the approved budget and established time frame. • Analyze trends and data to ensure operationally sound training systems. • Take initiatives to organize welfare activities and employee engagement programs to ensure ongoing growth and development of employees at all levels. • Set up of relationships and liaison with consultants, placement agencies and catering, hotel management schools for management trainees or apprentices. • Implement and follow-up of the training process and effectiveness. • Maintain confidentiality regarding all training material developed and used.

Handling Banquet Operations as well as Sales Call. Recruiting the Staff Training to the Staff Menu Planning Sending Reports Updating the Guest Data Base Cost Control Periodical Stock Inventory Coordinating with all other departments for Smooth Operation Handling F & B Operations in the absence of F & B Manager
