I designed resources to enhance student learning. I developed and implemented creative chemistry lesson plans that aligned with district standards. I provided individualized instruction to struggling students in order to improve their understanding of chemical concepts.

I enforced classroom routines for South Texas ISD and Edcouch-Elsa ISD schools to keep students on schedule and operating at consistent level. I provided notes and reports on school day activities to primary teacher. I remained up-to-date with emergency procedures to keep students safe in emergency events.

I adapted teaching methods and instructional strategies to promote learning in students of differing skill levels. I talked with students needing extra attention and made plans to assist with problems. As a result, I built life-long learning skills and strong study habits in students to help each prepare for higher-level education.

I developed and delivered a physics curriculum supporting district and state learning/content/language objectives. I demonstrated how theories from coursework could be simulated in real-world applications by leading hands-on physics activities. I taught theories behind physics formulas and asked relevant thought-provoking questions. I adjusted and modified instruction by incorporating student feedback, such as social media.

I managed high school (Edcouch-Elsa) and elementary classrooms (John F. Kennedy) during teacher absences. I was requested as a consistent substitute teacher based on excellent referrals and trusted performance. I built and strengthened positive relationships with students and staff.

I enthusiastically engaged at-risk students in small groups at John F. Kennedy Elementary School. I collaborated effectively to deliver lessons and enrichment activities such as gaming, sports, etc.

I completed a virtual semester of UTeach Apprentice class teaching at Crockett Early College High School. I designed and taught inquiry lessons for Aquatic Science and Forensic Science class (11th and 12th-grade students).

I completed a virtual semester of UTeach PBI class teaching at Manor New Tech High School, where I designed and taught inquiry lessons for Anatomy class (11th-grade students).

I completed an in-person semester of UTeach CI class teaching at Crockett Early College High School, where I designed and taught inquiry lessons for Biology class (9th-grade students).

I performed various simultaneous job tasks to support Assistant Director in Administration's operational needs.

I completed an in-person semester of UTeach Step 2 class teaching at Kealing Middle School, where I designed and taught inquiry lessons for Flight class (5th and 6th-grade students).

I completed an in-person semester of UTeach Step 1 class teaching at Pillow Elementary School, where I designed and taught inquiry lessons for Science class (2nd-grade students).
