Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one warehouse, through the supervision, coaching, training, motivating, and mentoring of personnel. Reports directly to both the Directors and Founder of the Company. Manages 5 Sales Representatives, 50 Warehouse Staff and 10 Manufacturing Staff. Also responsible for managing production and procurement of stock from both local & international suppliers. International suppliers and stakeholders including Fairwell Enterprises, Haiyan Besworth, and Hiyan Yihan Fasteners. Operations Management: • Set goals & expectations for operations & provide relevant feedback & discipline as required • Produce reports, presentations, analyses & correspondence pertaining to daily operations • Monitor and process daily operations which include the full management account, sales and cost reports, and age analysis in Pastel Evolution & Pastel Partner • Perform as an effective leader by following strict health & safety regulations, quality standards, governance processes & compliance requirements Production & Procurement Management: • Plan & implement logistics processes & delivery routes, while controlling the cost of inventory • Maintain network with other local manufacturers of heavy-duty fasteners • Production planning of manufactured products & importing of components Warehouse & Logistics Management: • Supply goods locally across South Africa as well as to Lesotho, Namibia & Botswana • Supply all major steel merchants and 60% of all hardware stores • Order stock to keep supply chain active & plan ahead to ensure manufacturing keeps up with demand • Ensure import orders are processed on time & prepare alternative plans in case stock is delayed Sales & Marketing Management: • Negotiate & set up sales agreements with chain retail stores • Deliver a high standard of sales, as well as administrative, marketing, and financial support • Work as a customer service liaison and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, such as supervising the warehouse and logistics, the supervision of the production and quality of products on the galvanizing plant, the maintenance and production of the specialized collated nail line and machines, as well as the maintenance and production of the imported rinkshanking machines which originate from Korea. Reports to the Managing Director and Technical Manager and oversee the Galvanised plant with 12 staff, a specialized product production team of 25, and 60 staff on training schedules. Key Deliverables • Set up new warehouse including planning layout and logistics. • Supervise, coach, train, motivate and mentor personnel, by setting clear goals and expectations. • Provide costing and technical advice to sales and warehouse staff. • Establish, implement & oversee effective systems, processes & controls, as well as repair and maintain the plant and components. • Manufacture, repair, assemble and maintain machine parts and components. • Manage production and stock levels of various parts. • Procure tooling, consumables and stock, while maintaining warehouse minimum stock levels • Operate and manage nail machines, including Enkotech. • Build strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders. • Perform as a strong leader with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements. • Manufacture and repair machines, components and the installation thereof. • Supervision of Horseshoe machine manufacturing, tooling and parts of the machine as well as the production and delivery of orders of horseshoe nails. • Perform maintenance on galvanized plant manufacturing of all components.
