- Performed the Procure to Payment (P2P) Process once got the monthly’s requisition list from vessels, and recorded all the documents that related with the requisition will be documented properly for the future reference. - Managed to sourcing, purchase materials, and negotiated for advantageous terms with the vendors or potential suppliers to ensure cost efficiency can be achieved, and I managed to reduce 10% of our operation monthly costs. - Resolved supply, quality, and service issues with vendors. - Oversaw and ensured that all invoices are approved by the relevant person and passed to account team in a timely manner. - Monitored supplier’s performance, and maintained positive, productive relationships.

- Managed and properly planned three owned bunker barges’ schedule to ensure to ensure smooth bunker delivery to the stemmed vessels, resulting zero demurrage claim from owner/charterer for year 2023 & 2024. - Coordinated with many parties like forwarding agent (for custom clearance import and export), shipping agent, transporter (road tanker), customers to make sure all delivery will be delivered on time and smoothly, I managed to get 90% all of the deliveries done on time without any delay. - Prepared monthly cost analysis record and other expenses that related with our operation. - Prepared monthly report and summary that will be represented to the General Manager and Managing Director. - Liaised with customs and other government bodies on matters that related to tax exemption classification of code and prepared monthly statements that requested by them.

Planning Department - Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products. - Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. - Add new items in the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). Purchasing Department - Responsible to keep and key in the Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Custom Clearance Form in the (ERP) and LMW system. - Help to prepare the On Time Delivery Report for the annual audit.
