(BOSIET, Medical etc.) - Managing expatriate employees as per requirements from clients by getting endorsement letters from immigration. - Build strong rapport with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and recruiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work assigned. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. - Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

- Handled end to end recruitment process including assisting in interview, correspond and coordinate with applicants - Managed internship process including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, managing databases and onboarding - Prepared letters of appointment, confirmation, employment contracts and renewal of contracts. - Assisting the Recruitment team with ad-hoc strategic projects such as Open Interviews, Walk In Interviews and Career Fair. - Partner closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria. - Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up. - Conducting security background check for all potential employees - Dealing with medical panel clinic regarding on medical checkup for new joiner. - Managed Prasarana Management Trainee program (SPEEDS7.0) specifically for Advisory line. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and recruiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work assigned.
