-Function as a liaison between faculty and IT services for more than 100 professors and employees -Monitor emails and coordinate an average of 15 weekly meetings and events for students and faculty -Act as first point of contact to ensure a quality experience for guests

-Work directly with CEO to determine effective approach for new location expansion -Assemble a team to implement growth strategies and manage financial accounting -Oversee day-to-day business operations by coordinating staff and facility management -Plan events and activities to develop company mission throughout business practices -Establish and facilitate marketing campaign to attract consumers and grow brand image

-Conduct market research of local demographics and trends throughout the relevant industry -Contact and visit local businesses and schools to collaborate and develop marketing strategies -Recruit students by offering curriculum presentations to prospective parents -Work with prospects to tailor enrollment criteria to individual academic and financial needs -Strategize PR events and assist with related logistics

-Assisted physician 15 hours a week by documenting patient medical history, symptoms, and other relevant concerns -Prepared patients and performed non-invasive exams for primary physician -Administered vitals, EKGs, and medications as ordered by doctors -Performed administrative activities related to billing, scheduling, and communications

-Collaborated with cardiologists to provide free heart screenings by performing EKG’s to detect early heart issues -Led CPR classes for teens and parents to teach basic, lifesaving skills
