Owner of Iza Bak firm. In my current role within the Platan Group, Platan Hotels & Resorts I provide strategic oversight of procurement processes and supplier relationship management (SRM), while simultaneously coordinating capital investment projects and supporting hotel and catering operations. I am responsible for ensuring supply chain continuity, driving cost optimization, and leading commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms. My expertise includes managing the full lifecycle of strategic and operational contracts and streamlining cross-departmental documentation workflows. Furthermore, I even oversee employee benefit programs. But mostly I specialize in the creation and execution of pre-opening budgets for new hotel, restaurant and residential developments. My professional approach is enriched by an international background - spanning Russia, Denmark, and Germany - and a disciplined mindset developed through my experience in hunting and sport shooting, which fosters precision and resilience in high-stakes environments.
