About
As the Director and owner of Sentiré Pilates in Belgravia, London, my vision has always been to create more than just a studio. Sentiré Pilates is a sanctuary, a place where individuals discover the incredible potential of their bodies through movement and mindful connection. This dream, rooted in my 15+ years of Pilates expertise and a background in Kinesiology, is now a reality. My experience extends beyond the studio, having had the privilege of contributing to the success of the women's ski jumping team, helping them achieve gold and bronze medals at the 2022 Olympics.
