MAIN DUTIES Conducting complex processes that lead to a creation of databases according to the many international clients’ requirements. Collecting input and reassuring proper flow of data considering dependencies between the databases and processes. Team representation on cross-team and cross-country calls. Cooperation with technical teams to solve technical issues that appeared during the databases production. Daily basis monitoring of databases production and servers health status based on internal systems. Creation of daily reports of databases production, servers health and status, as well as customer deliveries. Solving additional tasks in scope of data processing created by collaborating teams.

MAIN DUTIES Creation of weekly and monthly reports involving achieved commissions and settlements for clients. Single point of contact for clients and business partners. Risk management connected to re-stocking of infrastructure equipment. Reassuring the II and III IT support line for Bank employees and business partners. Escalation (BMC Remedy) and remote resolving technical problems in branches of Bank. Management of equipment and leading Registry of IT assets. Preparing and coordinating flow of documents, preparing periodic reports of IT assets. Participating in migration process between Bank reporting systems.
