As a Head of Purchasing Department I'm responsible for making sure our purchasing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on time. I lead a great team, keep an eye on the market, negotiate with suppliers, and always look for ways to optimize costs. With solid experience in the field, I know how to plan and implement smart purchasing strategies that support the company’s bigger goals. I'm also quite hands-on when it comes to the technical side of our industry, which helps me support both warehouse and service operations effectively. I work well under pressure, stay positive, and bring a lot of energy to the team. Communication is one of my strong suits – I connect easily with people and enjoy motivating others to reach their goals. For me, procurement isn’t just about getting things done – it’s about improving how we do them. I'm always on the lookout for new ideas and solutions that boost efficiency and quality. My goal is to build a purchasing process that truly supports the company’s growth and success :)
