My first yoga instructor told me, "Yoga is a panacea"; and so it is. I continue my deep exploration, savoring the feelings and experiences of being present in the body, mind and spirit. Trained in the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Yin, I have developed my own creative gentle flow with stillness. I am grateful to all my teachers who have shared their wisdom, and who have shined the light on my path.
