- Factory Team Lead + Regional Materials Planner (Singapore, Australia & South Pacific Islands) & Business Improvements Lead. - Review and analyze materials requirements (on weekly and monthly basis) and ensure timely availability to support production requirements for regional factories like Singapore, Australia and the Islands (Fiji, Samoa, Solomon and Papua New Guinea). - Plan, control and trigger materials purchase, scheduling and re-scheduling of materials based on MRP requirements. - Work closely with external and internal suppliers as well as shipping, 3PL and warehouse logistics team to manage lead time, stock availability and on-time delivery of materials. - Interact with suppliers on matters relating to the quality, materials discrepancies, components and equipment requirement. - Monitor & ensure optimized material inventory to prevent excesses or shortages. - Analyze Key Planning Parameters to achieve a balance between Inventory and Forecast. - Liaise with Production Planners & Distribution Resource Planners in establishing materials availability to production plan. - Lead and support material changes in co-coordinating with Manufacturing, Suppliers and Engineering teams. - Represent material planning team as a lead and work closely with various teams to ensure smooth transition of new products to production through regular NPI meetings. - Reconcile and rectify material discrepancies due to system or physical post losses/gains. - Lead the factories cluster, co-ordinate and analyze material obsolescence and report excess material exposure when product is discontinued.

- Consolidate regional demand forecast, process and transmit monthly purchase order plan to supplier on time for countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. - Ensure logistical feasibility: exchange with Market Supply Logistics (MSL) on mid-term issues (capacity, matching supply with demand). - Define the supply planning parameters taking account service levels, stocks levels and global supply chain costs. - Plan local sub-contracting activities like rework and pack-sets. - Ensure the success of launch and promotional plan coordinating availability of finished products, sachets and trial sizes. - Collect MAD information on out of stocks or for low stock items with suppliers and challenge delays. - Report daily on out-of-stocks to all contacts in the business unit - Establish the correct stock equation in system for inventory order planning and management. - Analyze regional/global stock position; prepare monthly quota management planning to 6 or more subsidiaries and support to order portfolio management
