I was filling prescriptions for the most part, and learned how to call patients regarding their scripts, and I learned my way around the computer system.

I have been doing odd jobs for AHSPharmstat, but they have always involved QoL Meds. Sometimes I have worked in the pharmacy, other times I have been filling in for the Clinical Medication Coordinator and a behavioral health site. My job in the pharmacy was the routine; filling scripts, answering the phone, helping with inventory, and working the register. For the CMC position, I was the go between for the pharmacy and the nurses that administered medications to patients. I ordered refills, sent refill requests to the doctors, worked with insurance companies to get overrides, and handled medication deliveries.
