Key Responsibilities: - Define, develop, and manage the overall strategy of the department in alignment with company objectives. - Establish, implement, and continuously improve efficient workflows within the team and across departments. - Oversee the end-to-end process of truck decommissioning, evaluation, and resale. - Monitor financial results and ensure achievement of sales and performance targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, ensuring effective coordination between sales, logistics, and service departments. - Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market presence. - Proactively source and engage potential clients (B2B and B2C). - Present and demonstrate available trucks to prospective customers. - Conduct negotiations, prepare tailored offers, and successfully close deals. - Ensure proper management of sales assets – from preparation to final delivery. - Collaborate closely with the Deputy Executive Director, Executive Director, and service teams to achieve departmental goals.
