* My key responsibilities included market prices and competition analyze * supplier prices negotiation and control * end price level calculation as well as wholesale customer discount calculation * availability control and order processing * organizing supplier and customer meetings and events * international and local correspondence of company. I have reorganized, during this time, administrative communications software, which has resulted in increased effectiveness.

This role involved monitoring of all departments (including IT) results and preparation of daily reports, stock orders and warehouse availability management, customer/staff trainings, leading daily meetings. During my time in this role, I implemented instead of the company daily financial and stock reports, a real-time reports.

My core responsibilities were sales monitoring, cash flow controlling, analyzes on daily, weekly and monthly basis, preparing reports directly to the company owner. I was also responsible for the communication between Accounts department and all other departments, as well as international communication of the company.

My duties included desk sales, stock availability control, order processing, and communication with customers and central office, warehouse inventory. In addition, due to my fluent English I was helping Customs department staff in stock clearance and import procedures.
