Iva has completed a full-time role at dual-use technology deep-tech fund Ultratech Capital Partners & Damazein family office focusing on execution in venture in space of critical technologies (quantum technologies, energy generation & and storage, advanced materials, data & and network security, semi-conductors & and microelectronics, AI, aerospace & and secure networks). She worked on the Fund II strategy and growth in 2024, as well as the deal flow and operations of the current portfolio. The position was a hybrid between London, UK, and New York, NY. Iva’s strengths are 5+ years of Venture Capital (Experience Investments, Operations, Portfolio Management) & B2B SaaS startups (seed-Series B) & year of Executive Assistant experience with a Single Family Office. Prior to their venture worked with McKinsey as a consultant on their aviation and strategy projects and now is serving on the board of 1 aerospace startups and 3 manufacturing startups. She has 2 degrees from Columbia University fluency in four languages (French, Italian, Croatian, German). Iva is open to a new full-time opportunity that involves leadership, action, management, and hands-on experience with a seasoned GP in Venture Capital, Family Office, and Executive Assistant.
