To reinforce Customer Experience on Delivery in East Asia Japan, leveraging process standardization and system capabilities. Acts as Customer Advocate and represents the customer-facing window for the Global Supply Chain.

Responsible for Overall Customer Experience in Singapore, through Quality & Operations (Customer Care & Logistics Operations) Management.

Together with managing Singapore Logistics Operations, lead the penetration into Emerging Markets: Myanmar, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Laos, Mongolia, establishing logistics fundamentals to facilitate trade and sell-ins into these new frontiers.

Responsible for all logistic operations, specifically Procurement, Import-Export Operations, Cross-Border Freight, Last Mile Delivery to End Customers) across South East Asia.

Responsible for Asia Pacific Transport Operations as well as animating the APAC Transport Community to deliver service improvement & productivity.

Responsible for all Air and Ocean Freight Buying activities across Schneider Electric globally, managing 4 strategic Freight Forwarding Partners.

Facilitated outsourcing of Non Production Purchases to IBM. Project managed the transition and deployment across Asia Pacific in 2005, and responsible for Governance & Contract management thereafter.

Represent APAC in the Global Freight Committee buying 100M€ of freight with air & ocean carriers in the first 2 years. Led the Global Community in 2005.

Mobilizing and facilitating internal Infrastructure & Application IT - Supply Chain projects with internal Asia Pacific customers.

Foundational role with exposure to Inventory Planning, Management Accounting and Financial Accounting roles with Unilever Singapore's Commercial division.
