•Supported the recruitment team in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. •Reviewed and assessed candidate resumes to match skills and experience with job requirements. •Conducted initial screening interview to evaluate candidates qualifications. •Assisted in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. •Maintained recruitment records and updated candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System. •Helped prepare and publish job postings across different job boards and recruitment platforms. •Followed up with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and next steps in the hiring process. •Assisted with onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates.
