Brand Technician - Overseeing development starting from sketch design and tech packs, creating lasts, paper patterns, bottom mockups for the prototype phase, working simultaneously with both customer and suppliers - Fitting adjustment and approval. Supervising Sale Samples and creating factory tech packs (lasts, insoles, sockliners, footbeds, outsoles, paper patterns, etc.) and making follow-ups until grading full-size run. Also in charge of fitting approval and technical adjustments for other agents of the brand (Aerosoles) besides Novi. Frequent overseas travel to supervise mass production start-ups at supplying factories (Vietnam, Myanmar, etc.)

Development and QC for The Walking Company (TWC) and Talbots. Overseeing the whole process from development, fitting, sample approval, full-size run, and confirmation samples. Working directly with factories and supervising tooling, lasts, paper patterns, materials. QC and auditing pre-production and mass production.
