As an innovative engineer, I'm responsible for all aspects of assembling, testing and optimizing electro-mechanical systems of the IoT-based robotic fleet. Collaborating closely with R&D and robotics teams, I streamlined production processes, boosting team communication and operational efficiency. I developed processes, significantly improving reliability, quality assurance and efficiency. By configuring embedded systems, micro-controllers, and communication networks, I accelerated product production timelines. Additionally, I created bench test setups for components and subsystems, further optimizing production efficiency.

This was my own freelance business so my principle role was dealing with clients as well as technical production. The rest of my time was spent doing research into new technologies, prototyping and training people in various skills. The projects I worked on during these years were diverse, ranging from web and app development, cloud server management, wireless networks, ip security systems, embedded system prototypes, electronics testing and a range of general business tasks and communications.

Built a cloud server infrastructure for the organizations web systems, sites and other digital resources.

I performed general IT support and 3rd party relationship management. Provided website hosting, email setup, general IT management. Provided user support such as Zoom meetings, Windows issues, Google and general. Facilitated strategy workshops. Assistance with communications.

Comedia is a media company specializing in TV and radio advertising. Ivan built their website and hosted it, providing maintenance and updates.

A friend’s new cottage had just had the brickwork and roofing completed and needed all the plumbing and electrical work done. Installed all the water pipes and plumbing fixtures. Installed the gas geysers. Installed the electrical wiring and light fittings. Completed some woodwork, window panes and other finishes.

Personally performed my own home renovation in 2018 Sourced materials, tool hiring and external service providers. Managed the site from start to finish. Worked physically with laborers to demolish three walls in the house. Brickwork and plastering of walls. Installed two structural beams over a new 4-meter-wide doorway. Installed all the plumbing fixtures. Installed all the new lighting fixtures and cabling. Sanded and sealed wooden parquet flooring. Sealed and waterproofed stone flooring and shower tiling.

Built, maintained and hosted the company website and developed custom features for their aircraft maintenance school.

Installed 12 high definition IP cameras in their sheet metal manufacturing facility using shielded CAT5 cable Waterproofed the outside cameras. All the cabling and RJ-45 plugs. Completed the setup of the camera control unit and setup of the owner’s mobile devices and office computers to access cameras needed.
