Providing analytical insights on key projects, processes and strategy within the People Operations organization at EMEA level. Contributing to the process of developing workforce plans by aligning with the business needs and priorities.

In addition to my core role, I have taken a stretch assignment, working as a Project Assistant for the HPE Software spin-off transaction on a worldwide level. This development assignment gives me the opportunity to be involved in a pure business and operations role, having a big overview on business acceleration, financial and operational matters. I am focused on project tracking and reporting in alignment with the business agreements.

The HPE Sofia HR Hub consists of more than 120 HR professionals working in more than 10 HR functions. This is the benchmark HR team, a strategic location, providing excellent HR service delivery primarily in the EMEA region. The framework of the HR Hub consists of an HR Hub Host Manager and an HR Hub PMO but also of engagement teams - HR development, Social Innovation, Fun and Engagement and Internal and External Branding and Communications. I am responsible for the design and implementation of the engagement and development programs. I also go though rotations in the diverse HR functions, aiming to gain experience and broader view on the HR scope.

As an assistant of the Bulgaria Talent Acquisition team for Hewlett-Packard my responsibilities include: - general support of the resposibilities the team has to undertake - responsible for the graduate hiring processes in Bulgaria as well as actively involved in the organization of the Explore HP events in order to attract the best possible talents in top universities in Bulgaria - recruiting processes including job description creation, interview guide development, reference checking - organization of meetings, interviews - constant communication with managers and other teams in order to find the best possible talent for a specific requisition - market research
