Experienced (chief) editor with an extensive network of professionals and the ability to execute crossmedia projects under tight deadlines. ________________________________________ As the editor-in-chief of CosmoGIRL!, one of the world’s biggest magazine brands for young adults, I learnt to spot trends early on (an 18 year old girl changes her mind on what’s “cool” quicker than the length of your average TikTok video, so yeah, I adapt quickly), excel in creating compelling content, both creative and branded, built a wide network of professionals and managed to build long-term relationships with our readers, widening the age range of our audience from 15 to 19, to 15 to 25. I planned and implemented a new brand strategy and restyling for both print and online, resulting in a 48% growth in reach, and 163% growth in unique online visitors within one and a half years. When it comes to my work, I’m not scared to take some risk. I don’t shy away from boldness. But don’t go thinking I’m reckless now - my highly intuitive, observant and grounded personality has always managed to find me that sweet spot between staying true to a brand’s identity and shaking things up.
