Working Achievements 1, Solved INCASE MACBOOK SLEEVE problems which occured during development, then move the stage to production trial. 2, Acting as core member of Apple soft goods BP11 project，finished DFM of NPI, new production line setup with new design equipments,mold and fixtures, and definition of SOP&MIP through production trial and DOE, then passed P1 successfully. 3, BP0YS project is to provide professional cosmetic protection solution for Apple's Mac-pro assembly production in Flex America. As the only engineer in this project,completed technical input independent for all develop stages for a new product from concept design,structure design,prototyping,open mold, assembly test, production trial,then to mass production.This excellent protection accessary successfully holp our client to solved their project issues.

* Responsibility * 1,Responsible for new kitchen hardware products development, such as s/s sink, tap, soap dispenser, drainer-basket etc, and mainly developed 16 kinds of taps and 1 series of sinks. * 2, Analyzing and resolving quality & technical issues, provide technical advise and support to relevant team. * 3, To identify the need of rationalization, to research and analyse, then submit project application. Successfully finished the projects as new sink clip, tap structure optimization, sinks pack optimization etc, could reduce annual around 750,000RMB for the company. * Achievements * 1,Developed 16 kinds of taps and 1 series of sinks. * 2,Finished cost saving projects,could reduce annual around 750,000RMB for the company.
