Responsible to align the PM team towards company goals and to keep on track KPI results assuring the added value generated through the implementation of new products at Greiner Assistec product portfolio. Projects implementation assurance on Time, on Budget, fulfilling the overall scope, reaching quality requirements and guarantying customer satisfaction level. Implementing new tools and technics which facilitate the project management activities in order to improve the effectiveness of the work to fulfill customer and market expectation.

• Managing of Sales Projects: Customer requirements analysis through RFQ and Business Case evaluation. New Product implementation towards Greiner’s production lines, through a project management methodological structure. • Managing of Internal Projects: Implementing new equipment, new processes or new facilities to support the production increasing demand, technology updates necessities and/or continuous improvement process. • Application of Methodology based on PMI guidelines: Application of different tools and techniques based on vast experience and knowledge for controlling scope, schedule, budget and quality during project lifecycle. Managing internal and external communications, team coaching and risk management. • Internal auditor ISO9001-14001 • Couch on implementation process of “The 4 Disciplines of Execution®”.

• Position with corporate scope for all the subsidiary companies of Grupo Phoenix. • Project leadership with a high level of economic impact, technical complexity and strategic importance. • Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams from different expertise areas and different regions in the Americas.

• Manager in charge of R&D team, composed by Product Designers, Project Engineers, Graphic Designers, Packaging engineers and the PMO (Project Management Office) (~16 People). • Generation and control of yearly expenses budget for R&D area. • Implementation of key performance indicators for R&D Department. • Implementation of people's level structure as a career plan for members within the R&D department. • Implementation of KPIs for R&D members, as a methodology to evaluate the growth through the career plan. • Implementation of a project management methodology based on PMI (Project Management Institute) international standard.

• Project leadership on new product development for Grupo Phoenix’s customers in United States. • Customer Technical support through frequent visits throughout the products life cycle. Analysis and solution of problems at the customer’s packaging lines, mainly focused on food sector. • High level of English required.

• Economic viability evaluation for projects. • Technical feasibility evaluation for projects. • Production planning for developing products. • Technical management of Machines, molds and tooling purchasing with local and foreign vendors. • Preparation of investment budgets for new products.

• Product, tools and molds design for several execution processes of R&D projects at Multidimensionales. • Engineering analysis through CAD / CAE tools. • Coordination of all phases on Product development projects; from the technical analysis of customer requirements, design proposals, tool development, prototypes and sample making, industrial production implementation and process validation at customer’s packaging lines.

• CAD Solid Works software instructor. • Consultancy for metalworking companies on CAD software selection using a methodology to evaluate feasible options based on specific company needs.
