 Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees across various departments. Ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant.  Facilitate or co-facilitate training workshops and onboarding sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture, policies, and essential skills.  Coordinate the process for employees requesting accommodation-related assistance, such as managing requests for relocation support, temporary housing, or travel arrangements.  Assist and organize employee engagement activities such as surveys, workshops, team-building events, and recognition programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.  Coordinate training schedules, book venues, arrange materials, and manage internal or external trainers for specific training sessions.  Ensure that all collected training data is properly stored, organized, and easily accessible in the company’s training database for future reference and reporting.  Coordinate and assist training programs under HRD Corp levy and grant schemes also support employers in maximizing levy utilization.

Assist in managing of any external training for staff Provide support on to ensure all documents needed to claim HRDC Claimable for any training entitled.

Responsible in assist on preparation on Internship Applicants' documents. Managing the filing system for Talent Development Unit Responsible on assist of outsiders to on how to make an event or proper procedure to apply internship placement.

Customers assistance by provide guidance on findings what customers needs. Responsible in arranging and make sure stock is in a good condition for buyers to buy it.
