Developing a custom CRM solution using NextJS and NestJS, along with DrizzleORM w/ PostgreSQL (with pgtrm and pgvector), and Redis for caching and realtime pub/sub notification system. Created a custom robust multi tenancy RBAC system with support for custom roles, and tight integration with BetterAuth. * B2C use is for building representatives and co-owners to handle all in building needs, like budget management, legally backed voting system based on ownership percentages, legally backed user verification system, failure reports and AI recommended contractors, and notices in general. * B2B solution is for building management organizations and referents which represent and are a main touch point between the building representatives and the building management system. The system integrates AI in several ways by having a chatbot powered by Croatian legal system, the platform in-depth guide, and the selected building informations. There is also a summary of all happening within a single building (B2C) or several buildings (B2B) on the dashboard page. Many more things to come. :)

Working on a project for a Dubai real-estate company to create a custom AI-driven solution that would serve as a replacement for legacy Salesforce CRM (PropertyBase extension). Worked closely with the AI team to integrate RAG solutions for context-aware AI chat, did an extensive work to properly set up the PayloadCMS project and mimic the Payload collections to the Salesforce objects. Led the migration of data from Salesforce to a PostgresDB creating a sophisticated migration script usable as both a CLI tool or a Payload Admin dashboard for realtime overview of the migration process running on NodeJS child process, with full migration history backed up with S3 and DB entires, rollback mechanism, and manual CSV upload or direct communication with Salesforce using JSForce + SF Bulk API 2.0.

One of my main semi-professional hobbyist joys in life is designing posters for cultural events, and I've been doing this since age of 13, with more than 100+ posters for concerts, movies, theater, electronic events, etc. Though it is a love/hate relationship thing, sometimes it works greatly, sometimes I hate my life for accepting a project. I only approach design projects if they are of cultural significance or something that matters to me. Or if a relative asks me or my mother if I could do it for them of course. Same as it is with Microsoft activations, name it.

Developed and maintained A/B testing infrastructure using JSX components and a custom tooling for Lufthansa Group's multi-brand airline portfolio, targeting optimized conversion across European markets. Worked closely with the marketing team to inject raw compiled HTML, JS and CSS code through Monetate tool to distribute different content to different audience groups.

Globalization Partners - Built a custom drag-and-drop CMS powering multi-step onboarding forms that collected country-specific employer data across 180+ jurisdictions, integrating DocuSign for contract workflows. Developed an in-house component library consumed across the CMS and broader platform. Designed and shipped multiple greenfield microservices in Node.js and NestJS backed by PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, while leading decomposition efforts migrating legacy monolithic services into a fully serverless AWS infrastructure as part of GP's next-generation platform initiative. Contributed to API design, data modeling, and system reliability across a globally distributed architecture. Fox Television - Delivered a full rebuild of Fox Television's WordPress sites into modern Vue-based SPAs with headless CMS architecture. Developed reusable UI component libraries and integrated RESTful APIs for dynamic content delivery. Foundational Medicine - Developed internal tooling for cancer research workflows, including PDF rendering pipelines and dynamic content apps built with React and JSON-driven logic engines. iConnections - Built a fintech video conferencing app with real-time features in React, migrating from a jQuery codebase and integrating multiple third-party APIs with custom back-office configuration tools.

Led the creation of a AWS serverless microservice that was used to connect to Tixr (ticket managment solution) which sold Blizzcon tickets. Due to high demands (spike up to 40k in first few days), the microservice integrated an API Gateway, SQS with dead-letter queue, and serverless Lambdas with connection to DynamoDB for auditing purposes.

Led the migration of Cartier's legacy iFrame-based minisite — embedded across 145+ online vendor storefronts globally — to a modern Vue 3 application, improving performance, security, and maintainability. Optimized delivery through Azure CDN tuning for SEO and load performance, established a robust CI/CD pipeline, and standardized the vendor-facing integration script for streamlined deployment. The minisite consumed product and content data via Occtoo's Experience Data Platform — a MACH-certified data orchestration layer unifying CRM, PIM, and CMS sources into real-time APIs — which fed into Cartier's custom CMS, requiring ongoing frontend maintenance and feature development.
