Led the PMO for a €100m+ Hutchison Three UK Program in the United Kingdom while maintaining global PMO responsibilities. Managed program governance, financial forecasting, risk control, and facilitated resource planning to support efficient project delivery.

Led the PMO for a €100m+ Network Consolidation (incl. NOC Mobile and Fixed & Back Office Core/ Access/ OSS Transition) and 5G Roll Out Program, managing 150+ staff while continuing global PMO responsibilities. Developed and implemented program governance, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost control, supplier management, and resource efficiency. Introduced Agile methodologies to enhance speed, flexibility, and collaboration. Organized peer-to-peer mentoring, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the project team. over several years.

Supported the in-house design and implementation of a global project management platform framework, and processes, enabling project standardization and enhancing performance across teams.
