Temporary project for one of Sales Consulting's clients - Steelcase.

The internship was focused on learning the psychological techniques used in a private practice and practicing them in groups of interns, learning how to write psychological articles for the official website of the practice, learning how to create and organize the online social media activity of the practice, learning how to create and organize personal development programs (on themes like : stress, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, relaxation techniques, mindfulness techniques), and last but not least learning how to do individual research on various subjects and familiarizing ourselves with the usage of psychological test such as Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Jung’s Cognitive Functions Test – YSQ- L2, and Psychiatric Diagnostic Screening Questionnaire (PDSQ).

Application of CASE-SF questionnaire for test-retest validation (elderly population and guardians) – screening for psychiatric disorders in elderly people. The internship program lasted for one month, gathering an estimated 50 hours of work. During the internship I applied the CASE-SF questionnaires as part of the screening for psychiatric disorders in elderly people. The purpose of the programme was collecting data (pen-and-paper and computer database) for the test-retest validation of the CASE-SF questionnaire. The activities I was responsible for were : finding and contacting the participants (elderly people and their legal guardians) for both the test and retest trials of the study, assisting the participants in completing the questionnaire, collecting the data and organizing it in computer databases in Microsoft Excel.

Data entry and validation of data from pen-and-paper questionnaires into databases The internship lasted for two weeks, gathering an estimated 20 hours of work, and was focused on practical learning and training activities used in the research field. My contribution was creating the computer databases in the validation study for the OMNI-VI and CASE-SF questionnaires.
