In 1999, I joined EY as an accountant in one of the Hi-Tech Audit teams. In 2002, following the dot-com bubble, I joined the innovation and R&D incentives practice in the firm, assisting start-ups to win funding from public and other non-private investors, mainly through government incentive apparatuses In addition, I have long been a proponent of environmental action on a personal level, and, as a result, in 2006, I worked to establish the Cleantech and Sustainability practices at the firm. These business lines work to support start-ups in developing innovative solutions to reduce environmental impacts, while also providing assistance to large corporates that are driven to improve their environmental, social, and corporate responsibility activities or to reduce their impacts. In 2010, after realizing the real potential to be gained by changing the world through the implementation of innovation and new technologies, I began delivering innovation services to large corporates interested in engaging the local start-up ecosystem by leveraging open innovation programs. As a result, in 2016, I headed the launch of the Innovation realized practice at EY Israel. Today I head three business units at EY: Innovation services, Global incentives services, and Cleantech & sustainability services. The team I manage includes more than 25 highly professional consultants with years of experience in different technology and sustainability areas such as food-tech, bio-tech, Cybersecurity, environmental reporting and research, industry 4.0 as well as corporate social responsibility, business and strategic planning, etc. When working with start-up companies on their applications for incentives, or with multi-national companies on developing their Innovation process, we strive to deliver the best service and deliver positive, meaningful change to these organizations, with the goal of assisting them in growing and expanding their key business activities.
