Assist in managing daily operations for underwater diving projects, including hull cleaning, propeller polishing, underwater inspection, and repair works. • Coordinate and schedule diving teams and vessel service jobs, ensuring compliance with IMCA, ADCI, and class society standards. • Supervise the execution of underwater hull and propeller cleaning, anode replacement, sea chest inspection, and underwater welding/patch repair. • Support planning and execution of annual underwater inspections (UWILD) and class surveys in coordination with vessel owners and classification societies. • Monitor operational performance, diving equipment readiness, and adherence to safety and environmental procedures. • Review dive logs, inspection videos, and service reports before submission to clients and surveyors. • Liaise with ship operators, port authorities, and clients to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery with minimal vessel downtime. • Assist in staff training, safety briefings, and certification tracking for diving personnel.

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily tasks for lifeboat service engineers. • Conduct annual lifeboat surveys in compliance with SOLAS and IMO regulations. • Ensure all service, inspection, and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently. • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for audits and client reports. • Liaise with vessel operators, shipyards, and classification societies to arrange lifeboat servicing and certification. • Support technical troubleshooting and provide guidance on marine safety equipment standards and procedures.

Oversee and coordinate lifeboat inspection and maintenance operations, including annual and 5-yearly lifeboat and release gear servicing in accordance with SOLAS, IMO MSC.402(96), and class society requirements. • Perform and supervise load testing, dynamic on-load/off-load release gear testing, davit brake testing, and winch maintenance as part of periodic lifeboat certification. • Ensure correct procedures are followed during lifeboat hook overhaul, wire rope renewal, and release system reassembly and testing. • Manage scheduling and daily job assignments for lifeboat service engineers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to safety standards. • Prepare and review service reports, checklists, and certification documents for client approval and classification society verification. • Coordinate with vessel superintendents, shipyards, and surveyors to plan servicing timelines and minimize vessel downtime. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lifeboat safety equipment regulations, OEM service bulletins, and industry best practices.
